Her father’s decision to leave his teaching career and pursue theological studies showcased a commitment to making a difference, meanwhile her mother’s transformation from a secretary to a social worker demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity.

Victorine’s academic journey began with boundless curiosity and dedication. From her earliest years in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE), she embarked on a path of discovery that led her to Dreamland Education Center in Kimilili. Despite life’s uncertainties, Victorine’s commitment to learning remained strong. Life presented its share of challenges, particularly financial hurdles that threatened to hinder Victorine’s dreams of higher education. It was at this crucial juncture that School4Life, entered her life. With their support, Victorine’s dreams were reignited, and she found herself enrolled at the Catholic University of East Africa (CUEA). Currently in her third year at CUEA, Victorine is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Planning and Management. Her aspiration to become an environmental conservation officer is a testament to her passion for safeguarding the planet’s natural treasures for generations to come.
